Surrendering Your Dog

We are sorry that you are in a circumstance where you need to surrender your dog! Please fill out the Surrender Form on the left with as much information as possible that will help us find the best placement for your dog. Pls attach pictures of your dog to the form so that we can breed id. Also, if you have vet records in a digital format, you can attach those to the form also, all this helps to speed up the process.  We will confirm receipt of your surrender form and give you a call to talk more about your dog and our process. We will do everything we can to get your dog into rescue in a timely manner. Thank you!
