KT's Amber Doll Memories (Amber), 25 June 1995 - 27 January 2010 Beau's littermate was a beautiful girl with a gentle spirit. She was kind of a clunky dog (for example, she had no eye-paw coordination; so if you tossed her a treat, it would pop her in the face!), but she was appreciated for just being a nice GSP. Both deeply loved by Karen T. Pratzner and Colin McDuffie

KT's Beauregard of McDuffie (known as Beau-Beau), 25 June 1995 - 2 January 2010 From the moment he was born, I somehow was drawn to him; and he became my soul mate for the next 14 years. Beau-Beau was gentle, intuitive, and definitely a mommy's boy, always staying close to me. I will miss the way he stood on me when i sat down, kissed me when i needed it most, and looked at me with admiration and devotion.

Buck 8/19/1998 - 1/09/2010 Knowing I could make a difference in your life, give you some happy days and memories to replace the bad, even though you weren't with me for very long, will ultimately outweigh the pain I feel today. Kathy and Faith, thank you for giving him a chance - he was SO worth it. We love you Buck and will miss you very much. Mary, Morgan, Sam and Trooper

Copper came into our lives in 2004. We didn’t know what counter surfing was until we met him. He could open doors, including the refrigerator. He was such a loyal boy. Up until 2012, when I would leave for work in the morning, he would go outside with no regard for heat, cold, rain or snow and did not want to come in until I returned. He protected us and kept us on our toes. Copper will always be in our hearts. Kristine, Cliff & Olivia Brann.

My lovable Earl, I have had the most wonderful opportunity to have you in my life for 10 years. You have followed me from room to room and snuggled with me and loved me unconditionally. You are the best dog I’ve ever had. I will miss you so much I can’t even explain. You will be in a better place and feel no pain anymore. I think you lived a great and happy 13 years, I love you so much!!

Mr. Big Boy as he was affectionately called. He was quirky, funny, loveable, and a real Velcro dog -- my constant shadow. He whimpered like a baby when he had to go out. Adopted as a senior, I only had him for a little over two years but he made quite an impression on all who met him. He was quite a gentleman.

We fostered then adopted Heidi in 2000 at the age of 3. She became Daddy's girl and accompanied him on errands and Starbucks runs over the next 12 years. Heidi was a foster mom's dream, as she helped train each subsequent foster dog in manners and routine for the next 10 years. We'll miss you Heidi girl. Rest in peace. Karen

God blessed us the day we got Maggie. She was the perfect dog - smart, funny, feisty, and loving. She was with me from the time I got up in the morning to snuggle time in the recliner at night. Maggie will be missed beyond words. She was my dog soul mate. Love you always Mags - goodbye sweet thing. The Leo Family

Miles was a very special boy. He was disabled and his back legs didn't work properly, so he stayed with the foster home that had a walk out basement since he could not do stairs. Miles was with us for 18 months and a total joy. He was the sweetest, easiest going dog ever. A volunteer in rescue termed him "Miles of Smiles". He was my Mom's constant companion and we will all miss him very much. We will forever be grateful that he got to be ours and share his love with us for those 18 months. Faith, Myrna and Donna McHugh

Shadow, you were a very special member of our family and you will be greatly missed. We will always remember how much you loved going on car rides, taking long walks, wading in the creek and back dancing in lush, green grass. It was always a joy to watch your face as you experienced these things, especially the back dancing. First, you would lay down on your belly and rub your chin against the grass, making yourself as flat as a pancake. Then, you would roll over and swing from side to side to get that excellent back rub/scratch. You always seemed to be smiling when you did this and you always made those passing by smile as well. —Shadow has generously left her beloved kong and other treasures for the next rescue dog to join our family. We thank you Shadow for bringing such joy into our lives. We will hold you close in our hearts forever. The Silberberg Family

In Loving Memory of Tessa (1998 - Feb. 26, 2008) Tessa you were the life of our party and the energy that drove our gang. You were the sweetest dog I have ever owned and you didn't know a stranger. I can't imagine how we are going to go on without you. Seeing you again in heaven will be pure joy to my heart, until then Dallas, Amber, Samantha, and I will miss you more than you know. Faith

Anja was an amazingly loving GSP who liked nothing better than to give lots of kisses, hold a tennis ball even when sleeping, swim in Faith’s pool (diving for tennis balls), ride in the car with her head out the window, and poke her nose in the trash whenever she went into the kitchen to see if there was anything good to eat. She will be dearly missed by Jean Holz.

Bowden
Bowden was an amazing companion. He was so silly and sweet and he had the kindest eyes. Bowden loved life and was always just the happiest boy. Even in his last days when he was so sick, he was always trying to make me feel better. Even when it was hard for him to get up, he was still my velcro boy, following me all over the house. I will miss everything about this dog. He was such a good friend. Thank you MD GSP Rescue for connecting me with this sweet boy. I’ll carry the memories of him with me for the rest of my days.
